To book your picnic, fill out a request form. We'll confirm availability and guide you through the next steps!

Please note, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to book your picnic.

The sooner the better, especially since we only offer picnics on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, and popular time slots can book up quickly. We recommend reaching out at least 1–2 weeks before your preferred date to help ensure availability.

If you're planning something last minute, reach out and we'll see what we can do!

We can set up at the beach, a local park, your backyard, vacation rental, or another approved location of your choice. If you need help deciding, just ask!

Florida likes to keep us on our toes, especially during rainy season which can last from late May through September (and sometimes October).

If the weather isn't cooperating, or conditions are deemed unsafe for our team to set up, we'll work with you to reschedule your picnic within 60 days of your original reservation date, based on availability.

If you are booking during the rainy season, we strongly suggest choosing a backup location indoors to ensure your celebration can still take place, rain or shine.

Life happens, and sometimes plans change! Because each picnic is reserved and prepared specifically for your event, all bookings are non-refundable.

If you choose to cancel your reservation altogether, any payments made will be forfeited and cannot be refunded.

If you need to move your date, we ask that you notify us at least 72 hours before your scheduled picnic. We will gladly apply your booking toward a new date within 60 days of your original reservation date, based on availability.

Requests made less than 72 hours before your scheduled picnic may not be eligible for rescheduling and may result in forfeiture of your booking.

Fresh florals and any other custom-ordered items are purchased specifically for your picnic and cannot be refunded. If your picnic is rescheduled, fresh florals and any other custom items will need to be purchased again at the client's expense.

Yes! While The Coastal Muse specializes in styled picnics, we also offer limited event planning for intimate celebrations, showers, proposals, and private gatherings. This can include help with design direction, vendor coordination, setup planning, and overall event details depending on what you need.

Yes, event planning is quoted separately based on the size, location, and level of support needed.

For picnics, setup and cleanup are included. For larger non-picnic events, setup needs are discussed during the planning process and depend on the event details.

The Coastal Muse focuses on creating the picnic/event experience itself.

For our picnics, we do provide a chilled water bottle for each guest, but we do not provide any other food or alcohol.

We do encourage guests to feel free to bring any favorite foods and drinks to enjoy during your picnic! We're also happy to recommend local vendors and add-on options to help complete your experience.

For all other events, we do not provide food, drinks, or alcohol. However, we do have a curated list of vendors we can reach out to for you depending on your guest count and event.

For both, picnics and all other events, alcohol may be permitted depending on the location.

Guests are responsible for providing the alcohol, and ensuring it is allowed at their chosen venue along with following all applicable laws and regulations.

At this time, The Coastal Muse offers limited event planning for intimate events rather than full-service planning. This allows us to focus on the details, design, and coordination needed to make smaller celebrations feel elevated and personal.
